We are a local, family-owned farm in West Texas. On our farm we raise corn-free, soy-free, non-GMO pastured chicken and beef using regenerative grazing practices that restore the land and soil. Our animals are happier, and our food is healthier.
We bake fresh milled whole grain and naturally fermented sour dough. We can bake sandwich loaves, rolls, buns, baguettes.
